In order to register to the PSMR2018 Conference is necessary to have an Indico account. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.
The Conference secretariat will take care of the Hotel reservation. Please note that after this deadline we cannot guarantee an accommodation.
There is an early registration fee of 250,00 €, including bus transportation from Rome or Pisa airports to the conference venue and vice versa (see Travel on the left menu), conference material, coffee breaks, and social events.
The early registration discount applies only to payments made before April 18th 2018. After that, the registration fee will be 300,00 €.
Master and PhD students are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 100,00 €. Those wishing to apply should tick the appropriate box in the Registration Form, and should send by e-mail a confirmation letter of their status signed by their tutor to the Organizing Secretariat. The decision about the requested grants will be made known to the applicants by 6th of April.
Registration fee can be paid by bank transfer (advance payment, transfer fee at the sender's charge) or on-site at the Meeting Registration Desk (Hotel Hermitage) upon arrival.

For payments at the desk, Euros and US dollars will be accepted, as well as EC and traveller's checks. Personal checks can only be accepted if drawn on an Italian bank. Credit cards cannot be accepted for the payment of the registration fee.
